Free Shipping Australia Wide on all orders - no minimum spend. We normally process all orders and dispatch within 2 to 3 working days. Approximate delivery time as per schedule below once dispatch:

With Instyle Rugs and Flooring you don't have to worry we take care of our customer, love your new rug or not wanted to get a full refund no problems (shipping charges are non-refundable) with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. This includes all returns due to colour differences.
Simply let us know within 10 working days of delivery and all we require is that the rug is not used, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box or packaging.
  • All returns must be via courier. Returns not via a courier will not be accepted. If you would like us to organise the return there is a fixed return shipping price of $30 per item which will be deducted from your refund.
  • All you need to do just label the roll or box of item. 
  • Please take a photo of the packaged rug in full ready for collection displaying the shipping label for your records.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund, this allows time for shipping and inspection of the rug.

  • Damaged Items


If any product you receive is damaged or faulty through no fault of your own, it will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion and at no cost to you.
If you notice any damage to your goods please notify our  Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery with out opening the original packaging of box or roll. 
We recommend you thoroughly inspect your goods when they arrive before open.
We may require confirmation of the damage by way of a photograph for damage assessment.

No item will be refunded if open from original packaging unless faulty.
